Introduction

Light Positioner is mainly used for welding of annular weld.
The main function of the machine is to tilt, turn the workpiece, so that the weld in the horizontal, ship-shape, such as the best position to apply welding.
The device can be fixed on the working table or specific tooling for clamping workpiece with manual welding, can also be used with welding operation machine to achieve automatic welding, but also for cutting, grinding, assembly, testing and other processes.

1. The horizontal rotary table adopts high-tech production slewing bearings as the workpiece carrier. It has a compact structure and can bear axial, radial and overturning moments at the same time. Its built-in gear transmission has high precision and stable operation.
2. The workbench drive reducer has a self-locking function. The frequency converter is used for stepless speed regulation of the worktable. The frequency converter speed regulation has a strong self-protection function for overload, overcurrent and overvoltage, thereby achieving maintenance-free operation. Its digital display and speed value preset function are more convenient and intuitive.
3. The working table is integrally cast, which is not easy to be splashed and damaged by bonding flux. The table is equipped with a radioactive T-slot, which can easily install various positioning devices and clamping mechanisms to facilitate workpiece positioning.
